Thanks for dropping by. Above are all the other places you can find me and keep track of what I'm doing. Feel free to check those out as well. There are things there that aren't shown on dA.
I realize things have been quiet, but I'm still at work on the comic. It was a bit slow-going for a moment, due to the high volume of holiday shipping and letters at the post office (I was working 7 days/week for most of Nov./Dec.). It was a tough time, but I've managed to get the first 3 pages inked and off to WhitneyCook for coloring, which she will handle soon. Meanwhile, I've yet to start on the last 2 of this preview (which is a double page spread), but that will begin soon.
As far as other updates, since I'm the man of many hats on this production, wanted to show off a little behind the scenes shot:
I handle everything from the art, to the lettering, and later in the process, the pre-press design and layout of the book for printing and digital formats. It's a daunting task alone, but I have to cut my costs somewhere. It's looking good so far, and if I continue to work on it a bit at a time in tandem with page work, it won't be so overwhelming.
Changes: slight change to the name. I recently discovered there is already a book on the market from Red Dwarf titled Tesla, so I had to make a letter change, and now my Tesla is Tezla! It's silly, but I just want to cover all my bases and avoid any copyright infringements (of which I need to look into some info myself on registering).
That's about all I have for now. Some new content will come down the pipeline soon (cover art, pinups, etc.), so stay tuned!
